Last few assignments at the Monitor

090900_andover_ems_jl_017Philip Hackmann has been a volunteer EMT Intermediate for Andover Rescue Squad for the past ten years.  Hackmann is a science teacher at Proctor Academy by day, and on call as head of service for the Andover Rescue Squad in the evenings.  The squad receives about 140 calls a year.  Taken on Friday, September 18, 2009 in East Andover, NH.

americorpsNew Hampshire AmeriCorps Vista plustime members, left to right, Katrina Kretschmar, Kristen Young, and Kelly Boyer, clear out sod before planting day lilies near the Chapel at the NH Veterans Cemetery. Fifteen NH Americorps members participated in the first official 9/11 Day of Service by volunteering from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. working the grounds of the cemetery. Taken on September 11, 2009.
