That was the most difficult assignment I’ve ever had. Maddie and I both felt intrusive despite the family’s permission to attend. As pallbearer’s carried Justin’s casket away his family stood and watched, his sisters and parents, and his wife, far right. This was supposed to be the lead photo on today’s front page. It didn’t make it there so I needed to post it somehow, I feel it’s a powerful image that needs to be seen. Their eyes say it all.
